What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the transformative path that invites us to be in the only moment any of us ever has, this present moment. Mindfulness is an invitation for us to befriend ourselves and move from automatic pilot to the experience of being awake, alive, and aware. This includes perceiving feelings, emotions, thoughts, and body sensations arising in the present moment without judgment.

• Brief mindfulness practices for daily life
• Receive resources after the session
