COMMUNITY PROGRAM
COME AS YOU ARE!
Taking steps to support a healthy present and future is the main objective of this collaborative, ongoing program. Think of “Come as You Are!” as a space where we can create and sustain a community of belonging where, in solidarity, we come together to rest, move, heal, play, explore, celebrate, empower, and inspire each other.

These mindfulness practices have been very useful for me. There is a benefit for my family because now they have a much more patient mother, who is calmer, less frantic, a mother who listens.

TESTIMONIAL VIDEO
These testimonials arose from the genuine desire of our voices to share what we learned. What you’ll see is not the result of a one-time mindfulness session or an isolated course, but rather the fruit of our sustained work; the result of our community’s journey. It’s the sound of understanding what it means to practice mindfulness in our daily lives as human beings and as a Latine community in the U.S. in this era.
